Picked up FtH for $5 at Wally Sunday. Hadn't heard from the Scorps in a while so I figured I'd take a chance. Glad I did. Pretty good LP and I've only been thru it once.

Any other recent Lp's by them worth listening to?

The Scorps were my very first concert, and on that particular tour even!  Great show.  They've put out a couple of studio albums since then, and I picked them up, but it wasn't anything to get excited about.

Ive always enjoyed the Scorpions. I think anything before 1978 just doesnt rock enough for me and just doesnt sound like todays Scorpions. Theyve been around since  the mid 60s and do have a lot of great music.

I cant agree with Awake79 though. I have all of thier releases since Face The Heat.

I guess you have to really enjoy thier music to appreciate it all. My favorites of them are the Live Bites, Moment Of Glory (with the Berlin Symphony), Unbreakable really rocks!! And Im not a Huge acoustic fan but the Acoustica really is a good CD. And since its release last year I have heard nothing but positive feedback about Humanity Hour 1. I dont have it yet but hear the songs on Stickman, and it really does Rock. IF.. If there was a week on in the bunch Id say Eye To Eye. But it has some great songs on it too. So your going to have to just check out each, maybe at amazon or someplace and listen for yourself. But you really should before you say no to them.Wink

Well gave it a spin. First time in I dont know how long. But there were some great tracks, some ok tracks and some that I just didnt care for. And that could be almost any CD I listen too.Wink

But I really did enjoy, Pictured Life, In Your Park, Crying Days and especially Polar nights. Catch Your Train was good as was Hell Cat. So If asked again, I would recommend someone take a listen before dis-reguarding it totally.Big Smile
