WYKT-FM, The KAT 105.5 in the Chicago Southland is home for TED FOR TUESDAY, a weekly celebration of the musical career of TED NUGENT. The segment airs during the popular Tomano & Touhy morning show and features selections from the Motor City Madman's illustrious career.  

The KAT plays a wide variety of classic and modern rock, which includes many hits from NUGENT in its regular rotation, but Ted For Tuesday spans his entire catalogue, with show hosts Mike Tomano and  Steve Touhy presenting a twin-spin in the 7 o'clock hour and another two in the 8 o'clock hour.

"Ted's music, vision and example have had a profound influence on mine," states Tomano.  "His albums represent the soundtrack to my life."

The duo gets hundreds of weekly requests from their audience, which stretches from Northwest Indiana to the far western region of Illinois, as well as other states and countries.

"People who listen on-line around the world ask for their fave Nuge tunes, from the early Amboy Dukes to Love Grenade, and we play 'em all," Tomano says, adding, "Ted's music represents the soul of American rock and roll and is a testament to the creative juices that flow from the number one clean-and-sober rock performer and his gargantuan career."
