NUGE FIRES UP CROWD AT NRA NATIONAL CONVENTION
04/16/12
America’s most vocal proponent of both the 1st and 2nd Amendments, Ted Nugent wowed the crowd in St. Louis at the 141st NRA National Convention and Exhibits. The conservative rocker conducted a media blitz, which included extensive interviews on KFTK NewsTalk 97.1, The Dave Glover Show, NewsMax and Cam & Company on NRA News.
The outdoorsman and activist made multiple appearances at America’s Center, where the launch of Nugent Ammo was met with strong support. The convention was capped by Ted’s Great White Buffalo presentation, where he was joined on stage by longtime band mate Derek St. Holmes. During a special musical performance, Nuge reminded attendees that, in the words of his cult classic song, "there’s hope for tomorrow — if we wake up today!"
Ted Nugent has served continuously on the NRA Board of Directors since his initial election in 1995.
