Firearms Dealers: Ted Nugent supports you in this fight!

As I reported yesterday, I spoke with Ted Nugent and his daughter Sasha on the phone. Last night I was able to get a chance to meet Ted in person (along with his son Toby). We discussed what is happening to dealers across the nation. The fact that:

• From 1994-2005 the number of licensed dealers in this nation has decreased by nearly 80%
• That the number of license revocations is up nearly 6 times from 2001-06 (Shooting Sports Retailer Magazine)

This is a back door attack on our Second Amendment and now with the information of the incredible decreasing number of firearms manufacturers we know our Second Amendment is under serious attack. This is not about supporting Red's Trading Post, that is not why I am speaking out because it does not matter, our fate is in the hands of the judge. I am speaking our for dealers across the nation that are having their business shut down for clerical errors and furthermore the ATF labeling them "willful". Change needs to be made before it is to late.
Mr. Nugent and his family continue to strongly support the Second Amendment and support firearms dealers in this fight. They have also offered to post updates on this issue on their website.
