I celebrate Thanksgiving everyday. I must. I wake up in America a free man. I thank God each and every day that I was born here and can benefit from the rewards of the only experiment in self-government in the history of the world, where independence and rugged individualism is still the American way. I am so very thankful that America's Founding Fathers had the wisdom and intestinal fortitude to write down the self-evident truths and God given rights in case anyone conveniently pretended to forget why we came to this land to escape slave drivers, dictators, tyrants, kings and emperors.
