This is a shared group experience. The meet & greet is for the entire group, not individual time with Ted.

This VIP upgrade does not include a concert ticket or venue admission.

A valid concert ticket must be purchased separately to enter the venue and participate in the DangerZone VIP Meet & Greet. Any required fair, festival, or gate admission must also be purchased separately.

AUTOGRAPHS & PERSONAL ITEMS

Your package includes the autographed 11×14 print. Autographs on additional personal items are not guaranteed.

The venue has final discretion regarding which items may be brought into the facility. All guests must follow venue security policies, including searches of persons, bags, and personal belongings. Please review the venue’s rules and contact the venue directly with questions before arrival.

NON-TRANSFERABLE

DangerZone VIP packages are non-transferable.

A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at check-in. The name on the ID must match the purchaser or designated pick-up name listed on the TedNugent.com order confirmation. VIP credentials will not be released to anyone else.

AGE REQUIREMENT

All participants must be 18 years of age or older.

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ARTIST and its employees, contractors, representatives, managers, attorneys and/or agents from and against claims, costs, expenses, damages, liabilities, losses or judgments arising out of or in connection with participation in the VIP experience.

Customer further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ARTIST and its employees, contractors, representatives, managers, attorneys and/or agents from loss, damage and/or destruction occurring to instruments, equipment or other property at the place of engagement, including damage, loss or destruction caused by an Act of God.
