The Politics of Hunting

“I’m not into politics, I just wanna go hunting” sayeth the unAmerican sheep.

I cannot imagine many things more unAmerican, in fact downright anti-American, than being so disconnected and apathetic in failing to actually fulfill the #1 American duty and responsibility to participate in this sacred experiment in self-government.

We the people is supposed to be all of us!

At least all of us who care!

This is the only experiment in self-government in the history of mankind, where we the people of the United States of America are in charge of our individual right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, where our sacred US Constitution guarantees power to the people while specifically limiting the power of government.

This may all come as a shock to graduates of the American anti-education system, but buckleup buttercup, the truth will set you free.

Sheesh! Welcome to self-evident truth 101!

The freedom to own and manage private property and the wildlife found on it, the right to hunt, fish and trap based on sound science, the right to keep and bear arms is the foundation of this last best place, and it all comes with the duty to fight for and safeguard these uniquely sacred individual rights and freedoms.

In this insane culture war raging against the most basic of individual rights and freedoms, with hunting rights and gun rights the very tip of the spear, it is now more than ever since the “shot heard round the world” at the Concorde Bridge that Americans must turn up the political heat to get things back on course.

You know, radical stuff like making America great again and that dreadful America 1st Battlecry!

When there are states where it is against the law to put out mineral licks or feed for the benefit of wildlife on our own private property, you know we are losing freedom ground fast.

When a sworn law enforcement officer under the guise of a game warden can freely violate his or her Constitutional Oath and ignore the 2nd, 4th and 10th Amendments of the Bill of Rights, you know we have lost precious freedom ground.

When there are at least 10 states where the 2nd Amendment is basically gone, and otherwise free Americans are not allowed to keep or bear diddlysquat, you know our embarrassing apathy has opened the toxic door to criminal power abusing tyranny by out of control bureaucrats.

When a US citizen can get in more trouble for killing a deer illegally than for armed robbery or carjacking, it is clear that we have failed at our political responsibilities.

When our elected employees can get away repeatedly with glaring, serious criminal activities that would lock up us, their bosses, in a heartbeat, you know damn well we have lost precious freedom ground.

When government bureaucrats over-regulate hunting laws knowingly causing inadequate harvests, then dare take our tax dollars to pay government “hunters” for damage control using the very procedures we are not allowed to use, it doesn’t look like real America anymore.

If ever there were an arena where we the people politics is critical and essential, it is in the world of hunting rights and gun rights.

Way too many hunters have been in the liability column, standing on the sidelines, failing to engage in the life and death culture war against us.

I have been labeled a radical for simply demanding truth, logic, commonsense and sound science when it comes to wildlife management policies.

Wildlife can only be one of two things-either an asset or a liability.

When valued for maximum family hours of recreation, maximum revenues generated overall and sound science based sustain-yield harvest utility/respect, wildlife will thrive in the asset column.

When over-regulated based on political correctness and the scourge of animal rights insanity, it will plummet into the liability column overnight.

If you believe that God’s miraculous creation and the wildlife He gave us dominion over truly belongs to we the people of the United States of America, you need to roll up your sleeves and join the battle for freedom and liberty.

Please join us at HunterNation.org to demand God, family, country and freedom representation from our elected employees to whittle away at those who appear dedicated to take our freedoms from us.

If you don’t want to be political, why not just swim south to Cuba where you’re not allowed to have any say in your life, liberty or pursuit of happiness.

This is America, and she is worth fighting for. HunterNation.org is the way.
