‘TRICKY DICK’ HILLARY

Hillary Clinton’s spin machine may want to borrow Tricky Dick’s most famous line: I’m not a crook.

Former first lady, U.S. senator and secretary of state, Hillary has been embroiled in more shady deals, controversies, sticky ethical dilemmas, cover-ups, scandals and Whitewater washes than any other politician in modern times, with the exception of her husband.

Speaking of Tricky Dick, Hillary worked as an attorney on President Nixon’s impeachment inquiry staff back in 1974. Her Democratic boss at the time, Jeffery Zeifman, didn’t think too much of Hillary. He’s stated that, “She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality.”

And then there’s the Rose Law Firm billing scandal where billing records were mysteriously found in Hillary’s book room in the White House.

And then there’s the curious cattle futures deals where Hillary turned $1,000 into $100,000. That has to make convicted Ponzi schemer Bernie Madoff blush and drool with envy.

And then there was the slippery Whitewater debacle in which Clinton’s business partners went to jail and Bill and Hillary went to Washington, D.C.

And, of course, there was Travelgate.

And there was the carpet-bagging move to New York so Hillary could run for the Senate.

Then there’s the blatant lie of taking sniper fire in Bosnia, all the while being heralded by liberal dupes as being the greatest secretary of state of all time while not accomplishing anything of lasting importance.

And then there’s the Benghazi massacre in which four Americans were killed while she was secretary of state. What difference does that make?

And then there’s the Clinton Foundation accepting tons of cash from foreign governments and organizations that hate America, hate freedom and are notorious for human rights abuses. The message from this sleazy and slick con: Get your international bribes in early.

And now there’s the sticky issue of Hillary using a personal email address to conduct State Department business, which is against State Department regulations.

The question is why would she use her personal account? Are we to believe the State Department couldn’t provide her a secure and more reliable level of digital connectivity as her own private email and private server installed in one of her homes?

The answer is simple: Hillary’s hiding something.

Unless she’s hiding something there is no reason to conduct official State Department business exclusively with a personal email address and computer server. U.S. taxpayers pay handsomely to provide government workers with government computers, cell phones and secure email to protect sensitive information.

Reportedly, State Department computer security experts tried to warn Secretary Clinton against using her personal email, but their warnings were ignored. As such, there is no way of knowing the damage to national security Hillary may have caused by using her own personal email and computer server in her home.

While Hillary used her personal email exclusively to conduct State Department business, U.S. ambassador to Kenya Scott Gration was fired in part due to his using an unauthorized email account to conduct official State Department business. The Clinton double standard strikes again.

Of course, her boss, President Obama, said he knew nothing about Hillary using her personal email account until it hit the media, even though he sent her numerous emails to her private email address. Our president is either dangerously clueless or a pitiful liar.

Hillary and her handlers have begun to put a spin on all of it, create alibis, obfuscate and try to explain it all away as though none of the red-light warning flares makes a difference. Our left-wing adoring media will ultimately lap it all up like a kitten to a warm bowl of milk. Nothing to see here. Move along.

The ugly truth is that Hillary’s past is riddled with piles of stinking scandals, likely corruption, hubris, lies and arrogance. Hillary is the poster child for everything that’s wrong and repugnant with the ruling class in Washington, D.C.

It’s a damnable shame that many Americans would probably find it refreshing to have someone only as mildly shifty as Tricky Dick.

I thought the Republican butt-kicking in November meant something. I pray the Republican butt-kicking in November meant something. I pray there aren’t as many information-challenged, gullible Americans in 2016 as there were in 2008.
